Royal Roads University's (RRU) non-traditional education model and unique student body provides our industry and community partners with avenues and opportunities to engage experienced or career-entry learners throughout the year. These opportunities can range from hiring an internship or co-op student, hosting a field practice student, engaging students in industry-partnered projects or challenges, to hiring a part-time student or onboarding a new staff.

In addition to experiential learning, there are many ways for industry to engage with Royal Roads students. The Career Learning and Development team hosts a variety of curated career events and initiatives throughout the year that bring employer and community partners together with RRU students.
