New experiential learning project at RRU Langford
Career Learning and Development is leading a new project to build an inclusive, regionally connected experiential learning ecosystem at RRU Langford. Developed in partnership with the Business + Higher Education Roundtable, with support from the Government of Canada, this project brings together the WestShore Chamber of Commerce and campus partners—RRU, Camosun College, and the Justice Institute of British Columbia—to expand opportunities for students and employers across the rapidly growing WestShore region.

Ways to get involved
WestShore Chamber members can engage in ways that create real value for both students and their organizations:

• Host a student
  Offer an internship, co-op, or field placement and gain support on meaningful work while students build hands-on experience.
• Propose a project
  Bring forward a business challenge or community initiative for students to explore through applied learning.
• Join a roundtable or panel
