Royal Roads University's (RRU) non-traditional education model and unique student body provides our industry and community partners with avenues and opportunities to engage experienced or career-entry learners throughout the year. These opportunities can range from hiring an internship or co-op student, hosting a field practice student, engaging students in industry-partnered projects or challenges, to hiring a part-time student or onboarding a new staff.

The WestShore Chamber is a proud collaborator of the Career Innovation Project at Royal Roads University. The intention of this project is to create a campus-wide ecosystem of WIL initiatives, opportunities, and networks that will equip students with career skills that will support Canada's transition to a net-zero economy.
